Ricardo Balkhoven

Ricardo’s path of the mystic and passion for massage, bodywork and healing started after a deep transcendent experience, 30 years ago. Initially he learned classical Thai massage in Asia, which made him discover the power and depth of holistic bodywork. After many wanderings and training, Ricardo finally found his calling in the traditional indigenous healing work of the great Kahunas or masters of Hawaii. The discovery about the amount of healing that can occur after a Lomi Lomi massage, made him specialize further in trauma work. Healing for him is ultimately about union with Source, to get to our essence, through all layers of resistance.

He is now fully committed to transferring the knowledge he learned in Hawaii, among other places. Of course this includes the ceremonial ritual body work Lomi Lomi and the propitiation ritual Ho’opono pono. He is currently still apprenticed to two Hawaiian masters. The master is always a student.

Through years of experience, Ricardo has become an embodied Lomi Lomi teacher, giving everyone who comes into contact with him a multidimensional experience. Aloha is the greeting, but also means Universal Love with a big L.

A healing force field that every person benefits from is what his pressence and bodywork creates… a unique experience!
