What is tantra?

Tantra is a lighting theory that focuses on self-realization and achieving enlightenment. The lessons and exercises that take place during the tantra course are aimed at strengthening and raising the life energy, the so-called prana. This is achieved by balancing the chakras. Through tantra you get to know yourself. We don’t have taboos, you are confronted with all your emotions, desires and fears. Tantra will help you with this. You will also have the opportunity to develop your heart energy, which in turn ensures that you can love yourself unconditionally and be more open to others. Tantra course abroad

If you are looking for a tantra course abroad, you can visit us in France, at our beautiful location Le Moulin. It is located in the middle of French nature. Under the guidance of several teachers of Sadhaka you can attend the tantra course here. You can also use the various luxury amenities, such as the sauna, and swim in a nice clean lake. Le Moulin is equipped with three large, light training rooms. However, when possible, as many of the activities take place outside.
