Looking for an inspiring holiday this year? With a varied program, tasty and healthy food, peace, nature and time for reflection?

We would like to welcome you to Sadhaka, Creative and Yoga courses. Since 2005 leading in the field of Dutch yoga and creative holidays in France.

In the summer we offer a varied course programme at our beautiful place Le Moulin for 6 weeks consecutively. The location is located in the green heart of France on an idyllic bathing water. Enjoy a fully catered holiday for € 590,- all in.

Program

Tantra festival, Singing Week, Art Weeks, Tantra Yoga courses, Yoga and mindfulness trainings, Meditation retreats, stained glass workshops, Tantric massage courses, Shibari… and unique: the Combiweeks Creative, Yoga and Tantra in which you can mosaic, paint, sculpt, sculpt, print linoleum, make jewelry, practice yoga, gain tantra experience, meditate, and more… The course prices are all in, so including course fees, weekly accommodation, three meals a day, tea, coffee and fruit!

The travel forum allows you to travel with other students. Twice as cosy and saves the environment and your travel expenses.
Sadhaka also offers various activities in the Netherlands and Germany, such as the Sadhaka Tantra introductory weekends.

A sustainable stay

Solar panels provide hot water at Le Moulin and the vegetable, fruit and berry garden for most of the vegetarian food served. The water from the tap comes from a natural source, we bake our own bread, make flour and muesli from organic grains, provide fresh kefirs, homemade peanut butter, nut milk and have eggs from our own chickens. The hammocks and art sculptures are on the domain are there for you to enjoy. For a swim, simply hop into the lake with clean bathing water or in the small river that surrounds the 5 hectares of terrain.

Wellness

You can enjoy several wonderful massages and healings on reservation this summer. And new at Sadhaka: we have a sauna!!

Center for Personal Growth and Awareness

Sadhaka has a wonderful Centre for Personal Growth and Awareness in the heart of France. You can volunteer to participate in this inspiring growth project and help behind the scenes during our Sadhaka course weeks. For your well-deserved holiday you are welcome as a guest in one of the Sadhaka courses at this breathtaking place.
