Guy Anderson

Embodiment Facilitator • Conscious Relating Guide • Polarity & Power Dynamics Teacher

Guy Anderson works at the intersection of embodiment, conscious power, and erotic polarity, creating transformative spaces where the body becomes not an obstacle, but a gateway to deeper awareness, connection, and authenticity. His approach is grounded in lived experience, inviting participants to move beyond concepts and into direct, embodied knowing.

Guy’s work is rooted in real transformation. Recovering from alcohol addiction, navigating profound life transitions, surviving a cardiac arrest, and repeatedly rebuilding his life have taught him what it means to stay present with both the challenges and the beauty of being human. These experiences have cultivated a deep understanding of resilience, vulnerability, personal responsibility, and the transformative power of embodied awareness.

Drawing from a background in martial arts, embodiment practices, conscious relating, and transformational work, Guy guides people into a more honest relationship with themselves and others. His workshops explore themes such as desire, shame, personal power, boundaries, relational dynamics, vulnerability, and authentic self-expression. Rather than offering fixed answers or prescribed techniques, he creates the conditions for participants to discover their own truth, wisdom, and inner authority.

Known for his grounded presence, directness, and ability to combine depth with playfulness, Guy invites people to move beyond performance, conditioning, and self-limiting stories. His work emphasizes felt experience over theory, presence over perfection, and genuine connection over external validation.

Having facilitated workshops at the Stockholm Tantra Festival, Guy brings a unique blend of embodiment, conscious power, and relational awareness to his teaching. His spaces are both challenging and supportive, offering opportunities for deep exploration, meaningful connection, and personal growth.

At this festival, Guy invites participants to return to the body — the place where desire, vitality, presence, and authentic power naturally arise. Through embodied exploration, participants are encouraged to discover greater freedom, self-awareness, and aliveness in the way they relate to themselves and others.

“The body is not an obstacle to overcome. It is the doorway through which we remember who we are.” – Guy Anderson
