What tantra can do for you<\/h2>\n

Based on an ancient Indian philosophy, Tantra literally means expansion, broadening or broadening. In the west it has been redesigned, and each trainer gives it his or her own interpretation. Moreover, tantra can have a different effect on you. The life energy, also called prana, is central to tantra. This life energy flows through your body. It makes your life deeper, fuller and richer. Alternating creative holidays<\/h2>\n

Sadhaka organizes a tantra retreat abroad, but you can also come to us in your own country. There are numerous activities in the area of tantra at Sadhaka in France. For example, we organize the so-called ‘all you can meet – combiweek’. Then you’ll spend seven days working on tantra and yoga, meditation, massage and various creative activities, including painting. You can also take part in the unique tantra festival: a tantra retreat in which a week of attention is paid to yourself, and you are in the here and now.
