What is tantra?<\/h2>\n

Tantra is a lighting theory that focuses on self-realization and achieving enlightenment. The lessons and exercises that take place during the tantra course are aimed at strengthening and raising the life energy, the so-called prana. This is achieved by balancing the chakras. Through tantra you get to know yourself. We don’t have taboos, you are confronted with all your emotions, desires and fears. Tantra will help you with this. You will also have the opportunity to develop your heart energy, which in turn ensures that you can love yourself unconditionally and be more open to others. Also get to know your limits, and develop yourself with a tantra course.

Offer workshops and courses<\/h2>\n

At Sadhaka you can participate in a large number of activities of which the tantra course is part. During an ‘all you can meet – combiweek’ we offer tantra in combination with yoga, meditation, massage and other creative activities, such as painting. You can also participate in the tantra festival with us in France. This is a week full of activities in the field of tantra. You are encouraged to be completely yourself during these 7 days, to be in the here and now and to have loving experiences. We offer many more programs of which the tantra course is part.
