What is tantra?<\/h2>\n

Tantra is a relatively modern concept. However, it is based on ancient Indian rituals. Tantra is focused on self-realization, and achieving enlightenment in the experience of cosmic unity. When you participate in a workshop in the field of tantra, for example tantra yoga, meditation or massage, you focus entirely on your own spiritual liberation, expansion, self-realization and enlightenment. Within the tantra there are no taboos. The tantra instructor in the Netherlands will also give his or her own addition to the concept, and you can experience it again in a completely different way. During our courses we want to teach you to be completely free and yourself. Be awake, aware, present and in the here and now.

Tantra in the Netherlands: our offer<\/h2>\n

At Sadhaka we offer a large number of different tantra activities in the Netherlands. We give various courses where tantra is central. For example, during a tantra yoga course, you will learn to be completely yourself in total freedom, and to treat your body as the most sacred temple. During the course ‘secret sexuality, Shiva & Shakti’ the secrets of the sexuality of the man and the woman are released. A course of tantra, prana and connection is dedicated to living your full potential through active meditations on music, through body awareness exercises and by becoming familiar with your energy work. You let go of your fears, and you experience the total freedom to embrace your true self. In short, there are plenty of courses in the field of tantra in the Netherlands all taught by Sadhaka.
