Yoga is not just a hobby, it is a way of life. All aspects of life are integrated into it, which means that yoga is holistic. Yoga is an excellent way to maintain your body through movement, to calm your mind, and to experience unification with the highest. During the yoga workshop of Sadhaka you will celebrate life dancing and laughing. You do this at one of our beautiful locations at home or abroad. You can visit us in Deventer, but you can also attend a unique yoga workshop in France!

Yoga workshop abroad<\/h2>\n

If you want to attend a yoga workshop abroad, you can go to Sadhaka in France. We have a location in France called Le Moulin. Here you can practice yoga while enjoying the beautiful French nature. When you reserve a spot for a yoga workshop with us in France, you can choose a room (choice of 1 to 6 person rooms), or a place on the nature campsite. You can bring your own tent or caravan, but you can also rent it from us. The yoga workshops abroad are given by Chandra Patricia Benjamins and Wim Molinello. For this you can go to one of the three spacious, light training rooms where other training courses and courses take place. In good weather there are also outdoor lessons. The necessary material is all present at the location itself.
