What is tantra?<\/h2>\n

Tantra literally means expansion, broadening or expanding. It is based on an ancient Indian philosophy. In the West, tantra has been revamped. Each trainer has its own interpretation of tantra, and tantra can have a different effect on you. The essence is always about the energy of life. It flows through your body and makes your life deeper, fuller and richer. You will learn how to balance your chakras, and how to raise the life energy, or prana. While practicing tantra you will come face to face with your emotions, desires and fears. That can be intense, but tantra also offers you support. During the tantra weekend of Sadhaka you learn to love yourself unconditionally, be more open to others and reject taboos.

Meet tantra yoga<\/h2>\n

Sadhaka’s tantra weekend introduces you to tantra yoga. We work with active meditations on music. During the weekend we work with body awareness and contact exercise. This way you become familiar with your energy work, but also with your body and your body with relation to others. You are encouraged to live your full potential, and celebrate life.
