Chris and Michelle together form PranaKi. Prana and Ki stand for life energy. From various Eastern disciplines in consciousness work, they ensure that life energy can flow again fully and you return to the source. Your Core!

Michelle Tarenskeen graduated as a performing dancer and subsequently developed herself further in the field of pranic healing, yoga, meditation, tantra and sharing circles. She is an energetic therapist and her specialization is teaching and giving Pranic Healing sessions and training.

Chris Schindeler graduated from the ALO as a 1st grade sports teacher, but did not opt ​​for regular education. He specialized in the Eastern Martial Arts (Ninjutsu), Shiatsu, Yoga and Breathwork. Chris is a Shiatsu therapist, he also facilitates men’s circles and in-depth training.

Together they were trained in both The Netherlands and abroad and now they join forces, which ensures deepening, transformation and growth during their workshops, training courses and personal sessions.

At the Sadhaka Art of Touch festival they will bring in depth Shaitsu and Pranic Healing workshops.
