What is tantra yoga?

Tantra yoga is a relatively modern concept, but it is based on ancient rituals. The focus is on self-realization and achieving enlightenment in the experience of cosmic unity. During yoga we will focus on your own spiritual liberation, expansion, self-realization and enlightenment. Each instructor gives his or her own supplement to the concept of tantra. Moreover, it can have a different effect on you. What we want to teach you during the course in the field of tantra yoga is the complete freedom to be completely yourself. Be awake, aware, present and in the here and now. We teach you to see yourself and experience yourself as a unique loving being. At the energy level, you make connections from heart to heart.

A holiday full of tantra yoga

At Sadhaka you can enjoy a holiday full of tantra yoga in France, or in your own country. You can come to us for a few days, or for a whole week. During a course tantra yoga we practically get started, but the activities are also supported with theory. We are going to talk about, among other things, the place of tantra within yoga theory, the place of man in the universe, the balance of chakras and sexuality and social taboos. Of course we will also practice a lot of tantra yoga, but you will also learn more about massaging, connect with yourself and others and we will meditate. You will work individually, with a partner or with the whole group.

Tantra yoga abroad

When you come to practice tantra yoga abroad at Sadhaka, you will find that it is a wonderfully relaxing holiday, where you will also really learn something. Tantra yoga takes place in France in Le Moulin, our location in the midst of beautiful nature. Here we have three large, bright spaces where we practice yoga and teach other classes. However, the lessons take place outside as much as possible. When you take our course, you may also use the facilities of Sadhaka, including a sauna. You can also cool off in the beautiful swimming pond. Do you want to enjoy the French nature a little longer after the workshops? This is possible, because we also offer a full board!
