What is tantra?

Tantra is a lighting theory in which self-realization and the achievement of lighting are completely central. Various lessons and exercises take place when you take part in a tantra training. They are each aimed at strengthening and raising the energy of life. You do this by balancing your chakras. Tantra is the perfect way to really get to know yourself. At Sadhaka there are no taboos. You come face to face with your emotions, desires and fears, where tantra offers you support. We also give you the opportunity to develop your heart energy. It teaches you to love yourself unconditionally, and to be more open to others. With the help of tantra you develop yourself, and you get to know your limits.

Offer of workshops by Sadhaka

The tantra training is only part of the workshops for which you can go to Sadhaka. Take, for example, the ‘all you can meet – combiweek’. During this week we offer tantra in combination with other activities such as yoga, meditation, massage and creative activities such as painting. You can also take part in the tantra festival organised by Sadhaka in France. This week is full of unique activities around tantra. During these 7 days we encourage you to be completely yourself, to gain new experiences and to be in the here and now. Tantra training abroad

Do you want to make tantra part of your holiday abroad? Then follow our tantra training in France. There we have a beautiful location called Le Moulin, right in the middle of French nature. Our experienced teachers will guide you in the field of tantra. You can also use luxury amenities such as a sauna and a clean swimming pond. Of course, it’s not insignificant: at Le Moulin you’ll find three large, light training rooms. If the weather permits, as many of our training sessions take place outside.
