What tantra can do for you

Based on an ancient Indian philosophy, Tantra literally means expansion, broadening or broadening. In the west it has been redesigned, and each trainer gives it his or her own interpretation. Alternating creative holidays

Sadhaka organizes a tantra retreat abroad, but you can also come to us in your own country. There are numerous activities in the area of tantra at Sadhaka in France. For example, we organize the so-called ‘all you can meet – combiweek’. Then you’ll spend seven days working on tantra and yoga, meditation, massage and various creative activities, including painting. You can also take part in the unique tantra festival: a tantra retreat in which a week of attention is paid to yourself, and you are in the here and now.

Tantra retreat abroad

When you go to Tantra Retreat in France at Sadhaka, you will experience tantra together with us and other participants in the midst of the beautiful nature. You can visit our own location Le Moulin. We practice the activities as much as possible outdoors in nature, but in bad weather, for example, we can always go inside one of the large, light training areas. In addition, you can enjoy the luxurious amenities during the tantra retreat. So you can relax in the sauna, or swim in the clean lake. Do you still want to enjoy the beautiful French nature after the retreat? We also offer a full board stay! Quickly book a place to sleep in one of our accommodations or on site.
