International Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga restorative retreat

Combiweek Creative / Yoga / Tantra

23rd to 30th of August 2020

A very unique exclusive Yoga retreat in the gorgeously peaceful setting of the Sadhaka center in the heart of France. Highly experienced Yoga teachers Victoria Larsson (Berlin) and Victorien Colin (Paris) will nourish your whole being with exclusive Flow yoga and Yin yoga practice and meditations. Together with fresh plant-based food and lovely people, they will provide a solid framework for both presence and relaxation. For effortless effort.

Treat your self with daily Yoga

FLOW YOGA is an active, strengthening form of yoga where asanas or poses are joined together in little vignettes or flows, and where the body moves with the rhythm of the breath. Flow yoga is a heating practice.

YIN YOGA is a slow-paced, meditative form of yoga. Asanas or poses are held longer, and are often focused on the hips and lower back, and meant to stimulate the energy channels (known as nadis in yoga, meridians in Chinese medicine) in the body. Yin yoga is a cooling practice.

Yoga, a way of life

The present is called the present, because it’s a gift.

To be present, to fully be here now is to realise perfection. To allow the precious moment to unfold is to show up for life. So fleeting, so precious. All we ever really have is NOW, yet most of us drift away to fantasy lands past and future way too often.

The yoga lessons invite your to fully relax, be totally aware in the present moment and to go inwards. The meditations and exercises aim to be fully present in the here and now and to be in closer contact with your own inner core of pure light. This is achieved through a variety of meditations and the Flow and Yin Yoga. You experience first hand the strength of these two yoga forms together.

What you create here is beautiful, pure. Thank you for letting me come home here in your yoga bubble. From here I continue my way – with the insights, the energy, the love in my backpack. Hilde

Victoria Larsson is Berlin-based yoga teacher, originally from Sweden. She fell deeply in love with yoga in New York in year 2000 and did her first teacher training in 2007 and has been teaching more or less full time ever since. She’s also a devoted Vipassana meditator, a Reiki practitioner, a feminist and writer.

Although she loves asana and is known for her creative sequencing, it is the mental and spiritual aspects of the practice that she is most passionate about.
