Move to heal!
The past year has been a period of complete change. Worldwide, and for many also personally. Sometimes we welcome change, but often we fear or fight against it. Dance has always been a joyful and supportive way to move with and through change. So we welcome you to this exclusive festival. To celebrate life, in all its forms, with all its challenges and changes. To relax your body and mind, to relate with yourself and the people around you, and to release all tension and whatever doesn’t serve you anymore in the now. You will be safely held and guided by internationally renowned teachers from a wide range of movement forms. 5Rhythms, Movement Medicine, ZeroOne, Ecstatic Dance, ContactImpro, OpenFloor, Yoga, Voice & Breath work, pieces of life music and more …
Love, love, love flows through every crack. It flows in and out and further… from the source and back. Thank you for your energy, connection and this beautiful place.
Week overview Conscious Dance Festival
The festival starts with an opening ritual on the first night. Then, from sunday on the program starts daily with a varying early morning workshop before breakfast such as yoga, active meditations, energy and breath work, etc.
There are 2 or 3 full dance sessions per day, simultaneously with smaller workshops. All workshops are inviting embodiment. Such as:authentic relationships, in-depth movement and ritual. After dinner there is a varied evening program and sauna. Halfway through the week there is an afternoon off. The last morning after breakfast everyone leaves home, or stays another week training: Tantra & Tango, Sacred Spirit – advanced Tantra Yoga training.
There are 2 trainings that you can participate in prior to the festival: Tantra retreat – from mind through body to source, Tibetan Tantra Massage course.
Some reactions from participants
What a week, what an experience. I have felt, felt, felt a lot. Beautiful people, nature, delicious food. I see my life a little bit in the Sadhaka light now. (Stijn)
“Soft and powerful exchanges, using your body creatively to reach through the outerside, very lovingly unconditionally connecting in the moment in every new situation on all levels; per person differently”. If every human being in the world could and dare to experience this once, there would be less war! Thank you for your dedication and love to make the week as good as possible for everyone. (Jos)
Everyone is welcome, because everyone can take it a step further, whether you are new to dance and movement or a seasoned dancer.
